I was in a car accident 8 years ago. Have been in physical therapy ever since. I had received treatment at many different Physical Therapy offices never to have much relief. Finally my physiatrist recommended that I see Hina Sheth at Rebalance. She has changed my life! Her hands on approach of myofacial release and targeted exercise to develop my stabilizing muscles have provided me with great relief. I tell all of my friends about her. I am grateful for her ability to get to the root of the problem. Her entire staff is equally competent and I would recommend them as well. I was most impressed when I heard about the work that they do for pelvic floor issues. A highly needed yet little known treatment in America for men and women with incontinence, pain during sex, post partum issues, etc. This treatment is something that is done (even required) for women after having a baby in many other countries all over the world.
