“Technician Dave came within the assigned time (0800-1000). Friendly guy, thought he fixed my issue, however 5 minutes after he left the leak started back again. I called and he turned his truck around and came right back! Didn't charge me for the return visit and apologized. Seems like the issues has been taken care of, I'll update this review if necessary!Price was $165, they mentioned they charge $160 for the first hour plus parts plus $35 for every half hour after the first.“

“August 2024 - Recently we needed electrical and plumbing service in our home. Once again, Gohn & Stambaugh was our only consideration. AND, once again, we are 100% satisfied with the service we received for both of our issues. The service techs are friendly but professional. They know what they're doing and they made sure we knew what needed to be done before they started fixing the problem. As far as pricing, it needs to be understood that nothing is cheap anymore. However, we feel Gohn & Stambaugh's pricing is fair with today's market.

I have never had a break down due to maintenance issues. They advise you a day before to remind you of your service time. You also get a call when your technician is en route to you. The technician advises you of any issues that need to be addressed and usually has the part available in his truck. They are always courteous and take note of any issues or concerns you might have. Customer service was top tier. Pricing was great, about $1000 less than a local competitor. Upon job completion, he explained everything he did and the safety features I need to be aware of. “I reached out to have a few windows replaced that weren't closing. I was fit in for an estimate very quickly and measurements were taken and windows ordered swiftly. Pricing was clear and Mike worked with me to set up payment in a fair and clear way. The documentation was complete and explicit giving me a strong level of comfort. Communication leading up to install day was regular and clear. On install day, the team that showed up was extremely well-mannered and polite. They removed my existing windows and replaced them with the new ones that looked exactly as I ordered. They clearly took pride in the work they were doing and leaving the house as it was before they arrived. Coby even made sure to reattach wall hangings the way they looked before having to be removed for windows.
