I had some concerns with two minor parts of the installation of the sump pump and water heater. They sent a technician to address my concerns. Projects: 1. A new sump pump and water powered back-up and 2. Extending a gas line from under our back deck to the grill. Both projects were completed quickly and neatly. My only disappointment was an $80 assessment charge for the gas line project. I communicated the project criteria to
The office when making the initial appointment. The tech came out and had no idea what was needed. He had to reschedule and requested a $80 call fee. Did not feel good about that transaction.“

The team arrived on the scheduled date and time and were very efficient in the way they worked together. They took great care in our house to keep everything clean and did not damage anything. .
