We were having AC issues and O’Brien was the only service where I was able to get an actual human being to respond - it was both a Saturday and holiday.
The technician (Nick M) was prompt and professional and took me through everything he was doing. While the service requires a follow up visit to fully assess the situation, he was able to get things back into order for now.
Our professional, kind, knowledgeable and attentive technician, Bill, was a lifesaver in a particularly trying and stressful moment. When our AC units broke, during a heat wave, he came to our rescue after hours as an emergency call. With genuine concern and compassion, Bill fixed our issues late into the night with courtesy and great aptitude. We had a few problems getting the project started. But once we did it went smoothly they were very productive and professional. They were also very neat and clean and there workmanship was outstanding .When the job was completed they programmed the new thermostat after we downloaded the app . And explained how to work it .
