From the time I called and spoke to the person on the other end and all the way thru the completion of the repair by Doug.....the experience was pleasant and for some reason I felt at ease and stress free. Maybe it had to do with the overall professionalism and the concern I felt from Doug to get the job done and resolve the duress my mother and I was going thru with this brutal heatwave we are currently dealing with.
