Left a message for another company Fourth of July and never heard back so this morning I called Dormann’s not only did they respond promptly, they kept me updated and it was fixed within approximately 3 hours later! Excellent Customer Service and it was a pleasure dealing with the folks here!
Dorman’s Heating &Cooling came out right away on Friday afternoon , the day before 4th of July and quickly diagnosed the issue. They were called out for water leaking from HVAC unit.
The technicians quickly found the issue and rerouted the water to the sump pump. Very happy with repair work. Also let me mention it was 100 degree weather and they promptly serviced my home. I am very happy with
