He and his techs keep you cost updated as you go, which is incredibly helpful. The visit is followed up with a complete summary via email, and any questions you have can be texted or emailed in return. A follow up visit is scheduled, and everyone is accessible anytime that you have questions. Highly recommend!!!“

I haven't had kittens in 20 years, and Dr. Bowers and her office were so patient with my many questions and wacky scheduling needs. I left feeling equipped with knowledge that I needed (she took time to show me exactly how to clip their nails), yet also reassured that I am doing the right things as a new pet parent. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our pet (Ce’ Ce’) spent 3 nights at VEG and made steady progress each day while under their care. It was extremely obvious that taking care of animals was their passion. I was fortunate enough to visit twice a day and each time I stopped by someone gave me an update on her progress ! “They are friendly and good with animals. 2 issues are apparently the front desk, and the vets don't communicate. I get a quote for how much and what's to be done, and they always ask me. They are expensive, and that is why pet owners neglect they're pet. Not because they want to, but anytime you bring a pet to here expect to pay 300 to 1000 dollars, easily!“

“Whenever I go everyone is always very nice! Although vet costs everywhere are expensive these days they do their best to not charge you for things not necessary at the time. If you had a sick exam recently they don’t charge you at vet exam fee for vaccines unless it was something necessary.“

“What can I say? I wish we could all pass on while lying on our beds on the porch, in the full sunshine and surrounded by family, with a belly full of Reese's peanut butter cups. This was the best money ever spent. Dr. Aronson was so kind, respectful, and really listened. She let us set the pace and explained what was going to happen, both in advance and as it went on, and made sensitive suggestions throughout and giving us space as needed. After she left, she followed up with a poem based on the stories we told her about my dog, along with a nose print that she took of him. Being able to say goodbye to your dog on your own time and in a stress-free setting of your choosing is the greatest gift. I'm so grateful we had this option and I'm so glad we had Dr. Aronson there to help.“
