This was our second visit. The girls at the front desk have been very nice, personable and professional.
Alyssa, one of the groomers, is the BEST!!! My dog absolutely hates getting his nails done. All the Vet techs that have ever tried to cut his nails have not been very successful. One tech had to stop because she felt so bad because of the distress he was experiencing.
She clearly Was cutting too short as he was bleeding everywhere.
