He is willing to modify any treatment that you are not comfortable with, but is clear what his preferential treatment is. He and his techs keep you cost updated as you go, which is incredibly helpful. The visit is followed up with a complete summary via email, and any questions you have can be texted or emailed in return. A follow up visit is scheduled, and everyone is accessible anytime that you have questions. Highly recommend!!!“

I haven't had kittens in 20 years, and Dr. Bowers and her office were so patient with my many questions and wacky scheduling needs. I left feeling equipped with knowledge that I needed (she took time to show me exactly how to clip their nails), yet also reassured that I am doing the right things as a new pet parent. “Whenever I go everyone is always very nice! Although vet costs everywhere are expensive these days they do their best to not charge you for things not necessary at the time. If you had a sick exam recently they don’t charge you at vet exam fee for vaccines unless it was something necessary.“

“What can I say? I wish we could all pass on while lying on our beds on the porch, in the full sunshine and surrounded by family, with a belly full of Reese's peanut butter cups. This was the best money ever spent. Dr. Aronson was so kind, respectful, and really listened. She let us set the pace and explained what was going to happen, both in advance and as it went on, and made sensitive suggestions throughout and giving us space as needed. After she left, she followed up with a poem based on the stories we told her about my dog, along with a nose print that she took of him. Being able to say goodbye to your dog on your own time and in a stress-free setting of your choosing is the greatest gift. I'm so grateful we had this option and I'm so glad we had Dr. Aronson there to help.“

The staff was amazing from the first call, during the visit, to the check up call from the vet a couple days later. We totally understand why our clients chose this office and we will be bringing our managery here from now on.
There's not a lot of techs and doctors that really hear you and take your knowledge and bond of the animal into consideration. The front desk ladies are there with a smile and compassion, when i know on most days they can have the hardest job taking the brunt of it all. But this team does it all with a smile and amazing bed side manner.

“So grateful to have this wonderful team taking care of my 4 senior dogs! They take the time to investigate and learn everything they can about our pets. We never feel rushed and no question is ever treated as stupid or dismissed. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The one time my daughter was late, they were concerned and not punitive. She’d tripped over the dog’s leash and fell causing the delay. They offered her some gauze and kind words when she arrived with bloodied hands and knees. We’re almost always on time. Maybe being late to appointments at our old practice was because we were met with such indifferent hostility for not keeping on their 15 min per visit schedule. Valley Vet takes the time necessary to treat your pet not worried with rushing you out the door.“

“The staff here is very caring. After an initial misunderstanding, my senior dog was welcomed without an appointment for emergency surgery. When I walked in, they were ready, took him back for an evaluation and somehow fit him into their full day of surgeries. They kept me informed during the day and provided me with a complete explanation of what to expect in the next day or two and what I needed to do. Thank you for giving me more time with my 15 year old dog.
