My regular veneration closed permanently and I needed a med refill for my older cat. The doctor at Bywood squeezed us in for a quick evaluation so he could go over his records and assume authorization on refills. That's compassion. Everyone at the desk is super nice and my only surprise was when I saw the bill and how reasonable the total was. I did some growling under my breath over the years at other vet bills. Bywood is a great find!

Dr kapolka and his staff are always helpful. Been bringing my pets here for the last 22 years. Even when I moved out of delco, I would travel for visits, as no other vet compares to Dr. Kapolka. Everyone is always so friendly and great with my pets, even when my older cat is grumpy and not the easiest to deal with.

Best vet place ever. No matter what, they make time to fit your loved animals in. I honestly dont think they get enough recognition for what they do. They saved my animal that could of died & just thinking about it brings my eyes to tears! I will be forever grateful. They have serviced several of my pets over the yrs & im very thankful they are still able to do so. Thank you for all that you do..it will always mean alot. ???❤??
