“The entire staff is very attentive, patient and kind. They’re very responsive via email and phone calls. The office is clean and inviting and we’ve always been seen on time. I love that it’s a cat only place since I’m not sure how my cat would react to being near dogs in a vet office! For being a smaller practice(I.e. not a chain such as VCA etc) I figured their prices might be be higher but they really aren’t. What we’ve paid for the services received has been completely reasonable. I look forward to continuing my cats care with them for years to come.“

“We were extremely nervous, as our cat was ill for several days and vomiting. Other vets would not give me a fairly reasonable or quick appt. The staff scheduled us as a new patient immediately with kindness and empathy. During the visit, the doctor and staff were extremely attentive, concerned, caring and knowledgeable. They were gentle and patient, as our cat Dixon was extremely fearful. We left feeling that they truly care and that Dixon received thorough and excellent care. We are confident that they gave him the best treatment and highly recommend World of Animals to anyone who truly wants the best love and care. Any questions I had before or after the surgery were promptly answered and thankfully helped my girl go on to live another two and a half years. I’m forever grateful!“
“These guys do a great job taking care of my little yorkie dog. I’ve been taking her in for mail clippings in addition to all her medical needs because they are so good with her. It’s a little expensive, but honestly, all veterinarians seem to be these days. If you have insurance for your pet would highly recommend this location“

“Tanya and Dr Coates were very kind and reassuring about my kitty's care. She needed a tooth extraction, I was so anxious about bringing her in, they calmed me down and were very helpful about figuring out payment. (It's still going to cost a lot, but I love my baby so I'll figure it out). Also, Missy booked my appointment; I had been calling and texting other vet practices and hospitals, she showed a lot of empathy and followed up when a spot opened. All around great experience with very nice people, thank you! I was very anxious and they were calming.“

“My dog had cluster seizures, and two Philadelphia emergency rooms for pets turned him away because I couldn't pay. This hospital told me it doesn't matter bring them in and we'll make something work for you. I tried carecredit and I still wasn't approved but they still see my dog gave him the medicine he needs and saved his life the staff were great they even called me the next day to check on him to make sure he was doing okay and told me no matter what even if I can't pay make sure I bring him in never let an animal suffer because of unwillingness to pay. Honestly they care about the animals!! I really can't even say nothing bad about them only good reviews completely“
