John was really nice and promptly responded to my texts and calls. He got my ac installed in less than a week in this brutal summer. Definitely recommend giving him a ring if you need help.
John Air is hands down the best HVAC company I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. CEO Paul came out to do my inspection. He realized the problem in minutes and was straight forward about what needed to be replaced. He called multiple vendors with me and got me an AC unit that morning! Especially in the madness of shortages due to covid the whole process was spectacular.The price was also unbeatable compared to other companies I spoke with. Paul picked up my unit and came back the same day to install. Thanks to Paul and John Air I have a new AC UNIT and a nice cold house for an upcoming 90 degree week! Awesome company.Customer service is amazing. Mike and Michelle couldn't be more helpful, you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and want to help. The field guys are just as good..John & Justin take pride in what they do, all 3 of my installations were done very professionally, no corners cut or sloppy work. All the area's they were working were left nicer than how they found them. On top of all that, their prices are very competitive and you receive much more than what you pay for. If you come across this company look no further, you are lucky you found them!
