When I initially reported a problem with my heat to my property manager, they immediately reached out to Dennis to set an appointment as they said the issue was beyond their scope to repair. Property Management set an appointment based on availability I gave them.
The day of the appointment came, and the 4-Hour appointment window came and went and I never heard from anyone at Carr. I had a feeling there had been some sort of mix-up between my property manager and Carr's office, so I called the HVAC company myself and asked if I was on their schedule. We had a hard time finding someone knowledgable with boiler systems. We found Dennis and he was fantastic. Arrived on time, troubleshot, and got our boiler back up and running well! Also taught us a couple things about the system since we were new to boiler systems. Very reasonably priced as well.
