Not only is John an excellent service tech, he is a gentlemen as well. He was efficient and thorough in completing equipment replacement, and courteous and patient when explaining what was needed, what our options might be, and the associated costs. “People I trust recommended the Sinton team for their quality workmanship, and they have been helping us with HVAC maintenance for a few years. Recently, they helped us with replacing our aging HVAC systems and installing new duct and vent as part of finishing our basement.I appreciate John's expert knowledge as he walked me through the pros and cons of various systems and what makes sense given our needs. The team were upfront about their scheduling constraints (including supply chain delays) and were very flexible to work around our own scheduling constraints. For the installation, I appreciate Joe's and David's professionalism, attention to detail, quality workmanship (quite an impressive duct work!), and keeping us up-to-date on the progress. As in any basement finishing, there were constraints that would necessitate adjustments to our original plan. “Schagrin installed a new Mendota fireplace in our new addition. We ended up needing a flame adjustment after install. Although heavily booked they fit us into the schedule to correct this issue. “I have been a customer of Horizon Services for about 20 years. They do the job right the first time. They come out fast if there is an issue. If I just want prices, they usually still make it out the same day. They are in and out quickly, which I love so I can get on with my plans for the day. They installed my heat pump and did all the maintenance. I also use them for all plumbing. The plumber I had before Horizon cost me thousands of dollars that I did not need to spend. I can't say enough good things about this company.“
