Great experience working with R&D, Wick was thorough, stopped back a second time to go over the job. It was 84 degrees in the house and due to a scheduling mix-up they weren't going to show up. They apologized and Mike B came out late in the day (even though he was already done for the day) and stuck around until our AC unit was working (7pm). So grateful that it will be cool in our house tonight for when we sleep. Thank you, Mike B for going above and beyond!
