I've been with DDM for 20 years. I appreciate their oil buy in and their service. The service tech noticed my oil tank was seeping. He said it could get worse fast. I will need a new tank. I was not ready to here that. DDM offers a 24 month no interest plan. WOW!!! Thanks Barbara!!! :)

We have been doing business with DDM Energy since the '80s. Our oil is delivered on time and we have never run out of oil to where we needed to call for an emergency delivery. In my opinion, they are fair, easy to work with and are a good company to do business with.

Barbara was extremely helpful and was able to sus out my confusion after having made a price plan buy that wasn't due yet. She was courteous, efficient and professional. And, nice, to boot. DDM Energy has always had good customer service so long as I've been using them. That would be: 22 years. Great work!
