Just want to give a shout out to Chelsea HVAC. Our AC went out earlier this month. We have a service contract with them so we called them for help. They came right out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the new part, it came right away, they came back and installed it, and voila! Everything works again!

Had Lou and his crew install a geothermal unit to replace my 25+ year old oil furnace/ac combo. From start to finish it was a great experience. Lou came out to give the estimate himself and was very no nonsense and straight forward. He thoroughly explained the options for a system in detail and what he thought would work best and definitely gave me his best price up front. His style was definitely appreciated as some other companies made geothermal seem like a mystical art and balked at even giving me a ball park price unless I gave them a non refundable $1200 upfront to spend a day doing measurements and calculations on my home. I would like to start this review by saying I have never purchased their services, BUT I definitely would after two of their employees gave me a hand at Lowes yesterday. Thank you to the two gentlemen that helped load mulch/ soil in the back of my already STUFFED car. They did not accept the $20 I offered. Good people stand out, keep it up.-Does Chelsea service the Havre De Grace, MD area?!
