I don’t understand how you can put a $14,000 brand new hvac system 10 years ago and they are now telling me that it is now considered to be a senior, lol I have faith in my unit because it hasn’t failed me ever in all its 10 years of constant use .”

They thoroughly tested the system, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the faulty capacitor, and even cleaned the condenser coils and fan blades, which had a buildup of dryer lint. They took the time to explain everything, answered our questions, and never tried to pressure us into replacing our 10-year-old unit. Instead, they let us know it was still in good shape and simply recommended keeping replacement in mind down the road.<br>Before they left, our A/C was blowing cold air again, and the house was already starting to cool down.
