“When Frank S arrived at my home, I was in the midst of clearing clutter and reorganizing my living space. He was polite and was unphased when I led him past stacked boxes on the way to the basement and the heater. When I explained that the heater hadn’t been serviced during the height of the pandemic, he thoroughly checked for potential damage and retrieved additional equipment from his truck. After a while, Frank asked me to allow the heater to run for a while to make sure it was operating properly. He explained that a lot of dirt and dust had accumulated that had required extra cleaning; but the heater was restored to optimal functioning. Frank was very diligent, not only in servicing the heater, but also in keeping me informed about his progress. I’m happy to leave this 5-star review!“
