I had an issue with the mulch that I ordered and brought it to the attention of one of the sales clerks at Mulch And More. Today, their manager, Joe came out and took a look at the mulch after having discussed it with the producers of the Mulch.

They are replacing the old Mulch And bringing out new mulch because they want me to be 100% satisfied. That’s what I call. Excellent customer service.
