“Dr Holly is great! The issue with this office is the selection isn’t great, and some staff members are not customer oriented. They either can’t or won’t order frames you may want- you’re limited to whatever is on hand and what’s on hand is dismal. If you bring in your own frames they really don’t offer any adjustments for proper fit because you didn’t buy them there. No one ever answers the phone, resulting in leaving multiple messages and the return call I received back was pretty snarky. I don’t know if it’s a phone system problem or an attitude problem. I have been there 3x now and won’t return next year.“
