Mostly a pleasant experience. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years. Everybody seems competent, gets you in and out quickly. The one thing that really bothered me was one of the staff members continually calling me, honey, darling, sweetheart. I always wonder if it’s because I’m older do they think that I’m feeble? I mentioned it to the doctor and he said that’s just what the staff member does with everyone but I’ve experienced it in other offices too, and it just rubs me the wrong way.
After checking in, I hardly waited for 5 minutes when I was called in. Dr. Strauss examined my eyes thoroughly. I have been seeing him for 10 years now and shall continue with his expert services.
