“I've been seeing Dr.Glazer for 6 years now and I'm very pleased with her professionalism and friendliness. I'm some what disappointed with what seems like a constant turnover in staff.It appears only a few are long time employees! Staff turnovers seem to cause mistakes and some unfriendlieness.Some of which I've experienced myself! My overall satisfaction with Eye Physicians is very good!“

“My whole family and I only go to Design for Vision in Jamison for our glassses and eye examinations. We have never been disappointed!The entire staff at Design for Vision, Peggy, Elizabeth, Dr. Marc and Miss Charity are very helpful and capable. Miss Charity selects glasses and tints for me at least once a year. I just purchased a pair of Polo Glasses from Miss Charity about a week ago. She began with a tray of about thirty (30) frames and together we narrowed-down the selection to about five (5) frames. She came-up with a creative tint selection for the lenses, which I am very happy with. A green, gradient, semi-mirror all purpose lens. very cool! I never would have thought of this combination.Miss Charity always comes-up with a creative combination that is unique. She is like a "Tint Wizard" when it comes to creating a unique pair of glasses. I receive many compliments on both my frames and lens thanks to Miss Charity!Forget contact lenses. I am going with "Glasses by Miss Charity!"About, Miss Charity...She will not let me buy a pair of glasses that is wrong for me. And, I am very happy with every pair of glasses and sunglasses she has helped me select. You cannot go wrong shopping at Design For Vision and Miss Charity. “I’ve been coming here for 18 years and have had great experiences with Dr. Blackburn, Flo, Noelle and most of the staff. It seems, lately, however, that the front desk staff are less than polite and helpful. I arrived today at 1:45 to see the optician to pick up my glasses after having been told they would be at lunch from 12:30 - 1:30. The woman at the front desk told me that the optician was still at lunch. Okay, that happens. But when I tried to ask her about an ETA , she was rude and dismissive - as if I were annoying her by showing up to pick up over $1,000 in glasses. I got that same vibe the last time I was here as well, but chalked it up to just her just having a busy day or a bad day. My suggestion would be to have people out front who represent the company well. If I were new here and had to base my experience on my last two visits, I would be looking for another practice. However, I reiterate - the doctors and most of the staff are great, it’s just the whole front desk experience.“

“My wife, family and I have been patients of Tocker & Associates for over 10 years and have always found the care of Dr. Tocker and his staff to be very caring and patient. Their place of business is run smoothly, professionally and is very clean. When calling for non-emergeny issues I usually always get a live person to talk to and if not then I leave a voicemail and either John or Nicole call me back quickly. Both Nicole and John (Front Office) work very well together handling everything from assisting Dr. Tocker with exams, to eyewear to all our insurance questions.I also really appreciate the technology this office deploys as it assists with eyecare scheduling that works around my life. I always receive a reminder via text with any upcoming appointments and just today I received a text requesting I check out their new online app, "EyecareLive". This app allows me to remotely reach Dr. Tocker 24/7 with all of my eyecare issues. I can actually state that I've never been spammed due to any technology in use by this office and they take great care in protecting patient information. I highly recommend them.“
