The pricing is honest, and there is a nice selection of frames to choose from. Garnet Valley Eye Care accommodates quick appointments for eye problems and delivers excellent service for glasses. The office is immaculate and state-of-the-art equipped, creating a welcoming environment. The doctor and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, ensuring a positive experience for all patients. Dr Holly is great! The issue with this office is the selection isn’t great, and some staff members are not customer oriented. They either can’t or won’t order frames you may want- you’re limited to whatever is on hand and what’s on hand is dismal. If you bring in your own frames they really don’t offer any adjustments for proper fit because you didn’t buy them there. No one ever answers the phone, resulting in leaving multiple messages and the return call I received back was pretty snarky. I don’t know if it’s a phone system problem or an attitude problem. I have been there 3x now and won’t return next year.
I was very scared this week when I couldn't see and had an indescribable pain in my eyes and forehead. Garnet Valley Eye Care was so empathetic and understanding and went above and beyond to see and help me right away. Everyone was very kind and I look forward to using them for all future eye needs.
