This was my 1st eye visit since COVID. My previous optician moved locations. My wife recently tried Springfield at Chadds Ford (SGCF) as did I. We are federal employees and our eye care insurance sucks. So we asked for written prescriptions and ordered online. The visit was awesome and so were the staff. Dr. Tom was great and very thorough. I have diabetes and he sent a copy of my results to my PCP. Hopefully my eyeglasses that I ordered online come as advertised. But I highly recommend SGCF and Dr. Tom.

I have been patient here for years as well as my wife and a friend of mine. Have never had a problem with their service, scheduling or cost or doctor for examination. Very friendly staff. (I deal with same associate all the time. )

Very accommodating and friendly staff! Dr. Gina was great getting through the eye exam and explaining what each test was measuring. Very friendly and personable as well. After my exam, I needed to pick out frames for the first time and Maria was extremely helpful in picking styles that complimented my face/head size. Highly recommend!
