730 Copeland St, Pittsburgh“Experienced instructors teach yoga flow with enough variations to keep it interesting and challenging. There is more variety in body types and ages than at a lot of studios. Some teachers lean too heavily into the aerobics aspect and some play music at a distracting volume. Overall, one of the best options for hot yoga in Pittsburgh.“

209 Commercial Ave Suite 2, Pittsburgh“I received a birthday gift card from a dear friend for this place. I booked a sound bath and an intuitive painting class, and both were great experiences. The sound bath was incredibly relaxing. They have crystal bowls, gongs (sadly, the instructor didn't use the gongs during my sound bath), and many other instruments. The space is very comfortable and welcoming. The intuitive painting class with Arlene was also a great experience. They have a calendar full of events and classes, including a monthly book club. I love that there is plenty of parking, too. I would recommend it.“

1360 Old Freeport Rd #1A, Pittsburgh“Dr. Rob is an amazing practitioner! I've seen a handful of acupuncturists throughout the years with varying degrees of success, but Dr. Rob is incredibly skilled. His diagnostic process is spot on, he listens to both what the body and the person is saying to develop an effective treatment plan. I initially went to see him for some sleep issues and depression and within a month he had me feeling like a different person. He is more than happy to discuss and explain any of the modalities and treatments and he does so with an absolutely charming disposition. He also is incredibly honest and provides opportunity for you to weigh in on your progress and treatment plan (ie he won't tell you to come more than necessary). He is also very present during consults making sure he takes the time needed to answer questions and make you feel like you are getting his full attention. The practice has easy online appointment scheduling which is an added bonus and ample easy parking out front. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming and while I've had minimal contact with other staff those small encounters have been pleasant.Note that if you have mobility constraints to access the office requires navigating a few stairs down (with handrails) once you enter the building. I'm not sure if there is an alternate entrance.Go ahead and schedule for anything that ails you!“

3418 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh“To say that The Yoga Factory has changed my life is a gross understatement. Over the past 17 years of attending classes, I've completely transformed myself (physically, psychologically and emotionally) and my artistry (I am a dancer/choreographer/educator) in ways I never thought possible.
I am now attending a 26&2 hot yoga class 7 days a week. As an improvisational performing artist, this particular yoga practice at The Yoga Factory (frequent, consistent, and intense) is in many ways the polar opposite of my creative work (unpredictable, chaotic, and random), but incorporating this work into my life has provided me a groundedness, awareness, present-tense focus, and wholistic self-recognition that no other work has ever brought to my work. I frequently share many of the philosophical lessons I continue to learn in this practice with my own students that extend far beyond the literal physical practice.
Every 26&2 hot yoga class here is for everyone, from complete beginners sweating for the first time, to seasoned veterans, competitive champions, and teachers of the practice itself. Everyone meets in the same place on their mat of starting from the beginning and going back to the foundations. If you are open to taking the deep-dive, you will never find an end to learning new things about the work and yourself.

Although I’ve had and can compliment various teachers there, a particular shout-out to Leslie Wright, whose classes continue to improve my practice, well-being, and knowledge of anatomy. 4706 William Flinn Hwy, Allison Park“I started going to Precision Physical Therapy and Performance in 2023 for debilitating sciatica issues. Dr Karly Allen evaluated me and quickly put in place a game plan to get me on the road to recovery and working out again. When I started with her, I could barely walk; the pain was so bad. Within a few sessions and clear guidance on exercises to do at home, I started getting better in no time. We worked together for months to get me 100% and strong again.
I have been consistently impressed with her expertise, which is why I continue to see her for ongoing physical fitness maintenance. She efficiently recognizes any limitations I may have and adapts exercises as needed, enabling me to benefit from targeted muscle group training. Over the past few years, I've experienced many challenges and setbacks, mainly due to family health issues that demanded my attention and affected my ability to focus on fitness. Through all of this, Karly has been right by my side, she has consistently supported me and guided me every step of the way.
I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. They have a friend and client for life!“
“The Everest of hot yoga in Ketchup City 🏔
The graffiti smacks of Brooklyn or Berlin. The temperature and lighting of the studio are similarly ambient. But the people make all the difference…
I love my teachers because they bring out the best in me 🙏“

2721 Murray Ave, Pittsburgh“I cannot emphasize enough how much Iyengar Yoga Institute of Pittsburgh and its fabulous teachers have improved my relationship with my body. For years, I have bounced between different yoga studios and gyms and been frustrated with injuries. Within days of joining classes at IYP, Racquel casually asked if I knew that I was hypermobile - something no doctor or coach or previous fitness teacher had ever spotted. As I have continued to attend classes for the last two years, the wisdom, knowledge, patience, level of specificity and clarity in each teacher’s instructions has finally made me able to build strength and feel healthy in my body. I am so grateful to this studio, and highly recommend it to anyone!“

3390 Saxonburg Blvd #120, Glenshaw“Based on my experience with Anthony and Mason at Harts Run Fitness, I can confidently say that they are excellent trainers who are dedicated to helping their clients achieve their fitness goals. I approached Anthony almost an year back with severe low back pain, labrum injury and hip impingement syndrome. I found his knowledge and expertise in fitness and exercise exceptional. Until then, my doctors and physical therapists were working on symptom control and planning to consider surgical options if it doesn't work, Anthony talked to me about making me stronger and working on my overall fitness and goals. He created personalized workout plans that catered to my specific needs. He also made me understand proper form and technique, which was essential for ensuring that I got the most out of my workouts. I am glad to say that six months down the line I felt much better and my symptoms were completely under control. I have also seen so many other success stories of their clients and I also learned to prioritize my fitness above everything else.In addition to their technical skills, they are also great motivators. They are always positive and encouraging, which helps to create a supportive and uplifting atmosphere in the gym.Overall, I would highly recommend this gym and Anthony and Mason as trainers to anyone looking for experienced, knowledgeable, and motivating trainers who can help them reach their fitness goals.“
“I’ve been going to Yoga Flow for several years now and all of the classes are fantastic. The teaching styles vary from instructor to instructor so I would encourage you to try different classes to find one that best suits you! I’ve been taking the 9am class with Connie on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Murrysville for the past few months and it is awesome. I love how she challenges you and uplifts you with her positive attitude and encouragement.“

“Love this studio along with all their other ones!! The Friday $5 community classes are what got me into yoga, I recommend them to friend groups or anyone trying to start yoga.
Shoutout to Danielle Livingston who instructs those community classes, she taught me the basics of vinyasa flow and always helped me work on my poses. she’s truly the reason I fell in love with the practice!
Scotlynne’s classes are also great - always different, energetic, and challenging!“

300 Allegheny River Blvd, Oakmont“I have been practicing yoga on my own for a year or two with an app. I am interested in learning from someone with experience and trying partner yoga. It is not easy to do partner yoga when you don't know anyone else that even does yoga. This was my first experience doing yoga with other people and I was a bit nervous. Katie was awesome and made me feel very welcome. So did the other ladies that were there. I learned a few new poses and loved the energy during the session. I will definitely go back.“

“Love Yoga Flow!!! It is such an incredibly welcoming community! The teachers are all fantastic and teach in a way (queuing lots of modifications) so both new and advanced students can thrive. Dom is the queen of Yoga in Pittsburgh and an incredibly loving and spiritual woman. She (and other teachers) always go the extra mile to help their students grow in the practice and life. She always cracks my back after class which is lovely. I highly recommend anyone interested in yoga check out Yoga Flow!“
