We had Ardmore Plumbing Experts handle a water heater replacement in Villanova, and the experience was very smooth. They protected the space, worked neatly, and made sure we understood the new system before they left.
The Plumbing Pals were able to come the same day to fix our toilet leak. The replaced the wax ring on the toilet, and caulked around the base. The whole process was quick and painless. We will use Plumbing Pals again.
Tyler flushed the toys down a toilet. The plumber managed to recover them without damaging any of the items. We laughed at the end of our stress. The kids will be children but thank you for your help. The toilet is working perfectly
The technicians installed all the plumbing for our new bathroom renovation. Everything was completed perfectly and works flawlessly.

I usually have a pragmatic approach to shopping: my items need to be functional, (perceived) good value, and excellent customer service. I can attest that all 3 have been met with Liz Fuller, the now Assistant Manager.
Detailed review:
Before moving to a new home, I worked very closely with Liz Fuller, an Account Manager and now Assistant Manager (well deserved promotion). We worked through every room. What I appreciated about Liz the most was:
1) Responsiveness. Liz was always responsive via phone or e-mail. We were in constant communication. And even though I probably called her more often (I'm Type A), she always answered or responded.
2) Attention to detail and budget. While I didn't give Liz a clear budget (and I should have had one), I emphasized function and value over anything. Almost all the pieces I purchased were either on sale and/or if it was a bit of a splurge, it was justifiable (to me). Liz understood where I stood on good value and never pushed me (i.e. to buy a $30k couch for example). I really appreciated her working with me.
3) The aftercare. Even post sale, Liz was still responsive. This says so much about her and the brand. When there was an issue, she always tried to make things right and made sure I was satisfied.
4) We just had fun! This was like designing with a friend almost. It made the whole process a lot less stressful especially when the home process already is so stressful.
While I cannot guarantee I'll have another huge project like this again (never say never), I am thankful for her generosity in time and attentiveness. I am absolutely in love with my new furniture and I recommend anyone looking to buy anything to look for her.
I will update this review if things change but for now, I am enthusiastically singing her praises! This is coming from someone who has extremely high standards.

Verien has been cutting my girls hair for a few years now. I am so thankful I found him....there is honestly no one more kind and compassionate. He genuinely loves my dogs which eases my mind whenever I drop them off. I know they will always get a CONSISTENTLY great haircut and be cared for and loved on the whole time. To get both my girls done is usually only like 2 hours unlike most places I used to go to where they would keep them ALL day which I hated. Parking is fantastic, pricing is fantastic and it's just an all around great place.

I have come back several times now for different services and I can say that I feel better from head to toe because of their amazing work at the spa. No matter my need for skincare and bodywork, Corrine Asthetics has me covered. Everything was exceptional and I cannot more highly recommend them. You definitely get what you pay for here and I will be a customer for LIFE!

I was having such a hard time finding a local salon that does kids’ haircuts (rather than a chain kids’ salon), so when I saw that Lindsey offers appointments for kids under 10, I knew I had to try Studio Main Line. From the minute we walked in, I knew we had found the right person for my three young daughters.
Lindsey started the appointment by offering them “glitter water,” and she had them won over immediately, even my very apprehensive 3-year-old! I especially appreciated that she spoke directly to the girls throughout the appointment rather than talking through me, which can so often happen with kids’ appointments. She made them feel comfortable, included, and genuinely excited to be there.
At the end, they got to choose between “princess hair” (a blowout with waves), a princess braid, or a hair foil. Needless to say, all three girls walked out feeling absolutely beautiful.
We feel so lucky to have found Lindsey and Studio Main Line. And while we initially found her because of the kids’ option, it’s worth noting that Lindsey doesn’t just do kids. Her warm, friendly demeanor and talented stylist skills absolutely extend to adults, too. Highly recommend!

I spent many years looking for a salon that was easy, affordable (affordability of course being relative when you're getting highlights) and excellent. Pageboy is my spot and I've been seeing Crista for years for cuts and highlights. There is super low turnover and all of the staff seems to genuinely like being there and working together. Everytime you walk in, it is low stress and excellent results. What more could you want!?
Jess has been doing my hair for 5+ years and she’s seriously the best!! Always spends the time and attention to get the color perfect, and helps mitigate damage as I have very fine blonde hair! My experience with Devon from K. Loren Hair Studio was absolutely amazing. From the time I arrived at the salon to her putting the finishing touches on my Do, everything was what I could only hope for. The atmosphere was very welcoming, relaxed and clean. Not to mention, judgement free. I gave Devon an idea of what I wanted and she used her creative freedom an executed it beautifully. I can't even express my gratitude and how happy I am with the whole experience. I got heavy highlights, tone and cut, it took some time but didnt feel like it was drawn out. I left there with my confidence restored. Definitely worth the trip from Lancaster. Highly recommend

I had such a wonderful experience today at Dry Bar in Ardmore. Cassandra did the most incredible job! She blew out my hair exactly how I wanted it and gave me soft curls at the ends. She didn’t even need to use a curling iron. I will definitely be going back to her in the future!

Phil has cut my hair for the past 7 years or so. He always does a fantastic job. Couldn't recommend him highly enough! Just listen to a couple Kinks records before you go in to brush up on your stuff.

I was blown away by the attention to detail and quality of a traditional mani-pedi I got at Olive Nail. It’s been a week since I went and my nails are still perfect, which normally doesn’t happen unless I get a gel manicure. Also LOVED the leg massage that was part of the pedicure and the wax treatment for my dried heels. I’ll definitely be back!

I was experiencing really bad neck pain and they had me in within 2 hours. The masseuse did a fantastic job - one of the best neck massages I've had, and I left feeling a lot better. Highly recommend!

Though I had fear for the second round IPR, Jose made it very pleasant experience. Also I’m glad I followed Dr. Wollock’s recommendation to complete the second round. After the first round treatment my teeth and alignment improved dramatically. I am looking forward to completing the final treatment.

I've had chronic abdominal muscle pain for years from an injury. I was having a flare up and went to Nina for myofascial release. She is awesome! I already felt relief immediately after my appointment, and after a few days the pain was gone. I highly recommend Nina!
