Felt like I was at the spa! First time ever I’ve felt so welcomed, comfortable, catered to and informed while getting my hair done. Jamilah was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. Sheena, the owner, runs an EXCELLENT, efficient and clean business. Jamilah not only heard my concerns for my hair, but also created a hair care plan for me that I am confident in. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my service and plan to be back, also bonus points, they offer refreshments during your service!
I went in to meet with Sheena for a color consultation. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming. It was clear that cleanliness is important to them since I was asked to wash my hands before completing some information on a tablet.
When it was time to meet with the stylist, she greeted me promptly and again very kind. She is very knowledgeable , detailed and just seemed overall excited to do what she does, which made me feel even more comfortable and open during the visit.
I am excited to return for my services.
