“I’ve been a happy client for years, and recently, I was reminded why I will drive 35 minutes for services. I was preparing for my sister’s wedding out of town, with errands lined up for Wednesday evening. Several unexpected issues came up and I needed to shift my timing and *hopefully* get my spray tan 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. I arrived unannounced and the owner was still unloading her vehicle and opening the building. Without hesitation, and despite the fact that I was intruding on her set-up time, she stopped what she was doing and gave me the best spray tan I’ve had to date. Attention to small details on my hands, several steps to make the tan authentic and the process comfortable, all while listening to me recount the chain of events that sent me there early. I have so much gratitude and appreciation for the service and kindness. This type of excellence in customer service (and tanning!) should be noted and supported.”
