This was my first time. I booked in for an all over color, accent highlight, and blowout. Luciany called me the day before to say they couldn’t do my blowout anymore, which is unfortunate but I appreciated the heads up. She was super kind and thorough in looking at my hair and talking me through my overall concerns and goals. It’s definitely a different set up than a traditional salon, with no receptionists and multiple people being served at once, but I sort of expected that.
