“Joe was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual and helpful. We had a manageable leak over the weekend and he was able to get to us on Monday. He found the leak, replaced the drain, and in the process identified our hot water heater was leaking. He offered us a few options for the hot water heater - trying to fix it or buy new - and he was out the next week to install our hot water heater. We will be using Kanai Plumbing again for any of our service needs and I highly recommend you do too!“

“On 8/9/2024 City Plumbing Heating & AC INC. came to install a Furnace and Air Conditioning in my home! Nick had come to my home ahead of time to show me the products they offer! I got a Rheem R92T Classic Plus Series Furnace which is an Efficiency Furnace! I also got a Rheem RA13 Classic Series Air Conditioner which is also Efficiency!
The men installing the Furnace and Air Conditioner were right on time! The Mechanic was Byron and his helper was Neko! They installed everything in one day and cleaned up it was spotless!
I forgot to mention Columbia Gas sent me a letter pertaining to my usage! I was paying $200.00 a month and my bill went down to $147.00 they wanted to come in my home to check the furnace! I told them I purchased a new furnace and gave them the furnace information!

John Yost was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of a high velocity system vs a Mitsubishi system which we ultimately went with. We were removing vanities and toilets from bathrooms to install new floors and had 3 different water pipes break at different times within a 3-week period and flood several rooms of our home. Gerard responded immediately to each call. One call was on a Saturday afternoon, and we are so glad we called Gerard.
Eric Gerard answered our emergency call on a Saturday and told us what to do to stop the leak, explained what caused the leak, and talked us through how we could try to patch the pipe.
The pipe was so old and so damaged we were unable to patch it.
Eric immediately dispatched a plumber to repair the broken pipe on a Saturday so we could turn the main water back on to the house.

“Kevin and his crew were at my home today to switch some copper pipes to Pex. Most of my copper pipes were under the drop ceiling in the basement and in the laundry room and office. They also replaced those under my kitchen sink.They did a superior job. Very neat, great communication, friendly, professional and priced fairly. I did not want to replace the pipes that were inside the walls because I did not want to have to deal with redoing the drywall and repainting.
