The technician was very professional, polite explained everything to me perfectly. It was nice talking to him. He knew exactly what he was doing and in the future I would like to have that technician again and the call center. They were awesome as well. Explained everything to me as well and the pricing and also told me about a special very nice and patient with me as well
This experience with Nick clearing a clogged line is worthy of a five star rating. His assessment of the problem was immediate, and the plan he implemented addressed the clog in an expedited manner.
