“Today was my first Hot Yoga class at YogaLab. I have been to other yoga studios and I love how intimate and homey it feels inside. My instructor, CK gave me appropriate cueing without making me feel self conscious in class. I can’t wait to try the other classes they offer. I will absolutely be going back and continue with a membership here!“

One of my favorite instructors is Prabha. Her Sunday evening class is perfect for chasing away the Sunday scaries and starting the week off feeling good.“

“Pool and Jacuzzi is nice but the locker rooms need to be updated. Never had an issue with cleanliness but some lockers are scratched and needs to be repainted.“
