Yoga near Wyomissing

“I have been practicing restorative yoga at Bldg. 7 Yoga for several years. All of the instructors are welcoming and thoughtful. The last 2 weeks Kasey has instructed our class. Her instruction is the perfect combination of challenge and relaxation. I enjoyed the variety of poses and the special adjustments throughout the class. This facility is my Thursday evening sanctuary. I'm grateful to have found them.“

“Great gym. But other members tend to just sit at machines and talk. Its frustrating for those of us who want to work out! Especially the hip abductor machines.“
