366 Easton Rd # J, Warrington“I am 54 years old, and I've never considered myself athletic. When I was a kid, I was the one who was always picked last in gym class. When I first walked into Moksha in February and started taking yoga classes, I hadn't exercised regularly in almost a year. Although I had taken an online yoga class here and there, I was never consistent with it. I was also dealing with an old ankle injury and wearing a brace just to feel stable. My balance was terrible. What I found at Moksha was so much more than a yoga studio. The teachers create classes that are both challenging and supportive. They meet you where you are, but they also help you discover that you're capable of much more than you thought. I've been attending yoga and strength classes about four to five times a week, and the transformation has honestly surprised me. I feel stronger than I've ever felt in my life. I no longer need my ankle brace. My balance, strength, and confidence have improved in ways I never expected. As someone who works as an energy healer, I've also noticed changes beyond the physical. I feel more grounded, more energized, and more connected in my own body. That shift has even carried over into my work with clients. But one of the things I love most about Moksha is the community. It's supportive, encouraging, welcoming, and genuinely positive. People celebrate each other's progress, no matter where they're starting from. If you're someone who thinks you're not athletic enough, flexible enough, or experienced enough for yoga, I was that person too. Joining Moksha has been one of the best gifts I've ever given myself.“

17 W State St # 1, Doylestown“I had tried a very different style of yoga at Sun Dog Yoga Studio for one of their Foundations of Yin Workshops.Yin Yoga is a meditation based slow-paced style of yoga where “postures are held for more extended periods- anywhere from one to five minutes.”I have tried so many different styles of workouts, and to be honest, yoga isn’t one of my favorites because I have such a hard time shutting my brain off and think of all the things I need to be doing. However, the day that I took this workshop, I had attended after already completing an hour of Barre and an hour of Pilates, so the long stretches felt absolutely incredible. Plus the instructor, Jess, did a fantastic job at walking us through everything in a way that kept my focus the entire time.It was wonderful to discover a form of yoga that worked with me, and I am excited to go back again in the future“
