About Yoga Lab
Yoga Lab offers a welcoming and intimate atmosphere for yogis of all levels. The studio provides a good variety of classes, from beginner to advanced, catering to both young and old. Experienced instructors, such as CK, offer appropriate guidance without making students feel self-conscious. The studio's interior is described as nice and beautiful, and it is conveniently located near a major highway. Aerial Yoga classes are particularly praised for their challenging poses, deep stretches, and light massage, although the class cost may be considered somewhat expensive for a single session.
Today was my first Hot Yoga class at YogaLab. I have been to other yoga studios and I love how intimate and homey it feels inside. My instructor, CK gave me appropriate cueing without making me feel self conscious in class. I can’t wait to try the other classes they offer. I will absolutely be going back and continue with a membership here!
Nice, beautiful interior. Excellent instructors. Good variety of classes, from beginners to advanced, for both young and (like me) old. It's about a mile from 78, so easy access from a major highway. Definitely worth the look for anyone either trying out yoga stretching for the first time, or a lifetime yogi wanting a professional place to strengthen their practice.
Did an Aerial Yoga silks class and loved it. The instructor was really great, worked through some more challenging poses but then ended with some really great deep stretches and light massage and relaxation. Great way to release your back with the upside down poses. Recommend wearing long sleeve and long pants, the silks can be tight in your skin with the wrapping and somewhat uncomfortable but was worth it!Only con is the class is somewhat expensive for a single class, but could get a package and then would probably be better.
