“I just took my first class with Michele and it was absolutely lovely. Her studio is a beautiful, bright, and cozy space, and the class was a perfect balance of engaging and relaxing. She gave me a tip to keep my head up and elbows in during my chaturangas that made a huge difference in my strength in that pose (honestly can’t believe I’ve been doing them with my head down for a decade). I’m used to Boston yoga prices so $10 for a drop-in class is more than reasonable. Thank you Michele for offering your gifts to the community!“

They offer a variety of different styles of yoga classes, bodywork, specialty classes and have fun things going on at the studio all the time.
