Hot Yoga Hut Yoga

“I can’t even remember the first year I came to the hot yoga hut, maybe 2012? Lots of things have changed in all those years (like their brand new studio 😍) but some things always stay the same. Things like the intensity of the classes, the feeling you get when you walk through the door and especially how amazing you feel after you leave are a few things that keep me coming back after all this time. If you’re looking for a place to not only get a great workout but also clear your head and return to your center— this is it! The studio always feels so light and clean, the staff are all so friendly and know your name, and I’ve never felt judged whether I’ve been at my fittest or rebuilding a postpartum body. It’s the kind of space that makes you feel calm enough to do both external and internal work! Definitely check it out !“

The Growing Place Yoga

“Second time mama here, first time having the pleasure of working with doulas. If you are considering this route, please do it, you won't regret it. Amy and Iza were absolutely wonderful to work with and good resources of knowledge throughout my pregnancy. They were able to provide excellent referrals for various things like chiropractic care which I thought would be important throughout my pregnancy. They were always available to chat and when the time came for our baby to arrive, I couldn't have asked for better support. During the toughest moments of an unmedicated vbac, their calm reassurance and encouragement guided me through. I truly don't know if I would have been able to have the birth story I wanted without them. Thank you times a million!! These guys are great, highly recommend.“

Infinite Bliss Bodyworks Yoga

“I feel like a brand new lady. I don’t do self care often at all. But after my massage today. I’m going to prioritize myself more often. I walked in with neck pain and wrist and lower arm tightness. And after 90 minutes I walked out relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you Monique!“
