“I had a great experience with Two States Roofing, especially after comparing several companies. The first company I talked with was thorough but VERY expensive, but meticulously covered aspects like venting, ice and water shield, flashing, etc. Another company offered a much lower price, like around 1/3 the cost, but was unclear about their methods, and went so far as to say venting is that big of a deal...Enter Lucas from Two States Roofing. He stood out with his professionalism and affordability, while offering everything the expensive company did but at around 1/2 to 2/3 the price. His team was efficient, transparent, and meticulous. They provided a 15-year workmanship warranty + the shingles themselves have a 50-year warranty. I highly recommend Two States Roofing for their exceptional service and value.“

“We truly don’t have enough nice things to say about NW Remodelers! They remodeled our original 1941 kitchen including removing a wall to open the space. Their communication was excellent and we are so incredibly happy with the finished product. They were also very detailed oriented, which included things like matching the original trim in the kitchen to the rest of the house - without us having to ask. They did an excellent job at creating a stunning kitchen while also keeping original elements of the old house charm. Their customer service was very personable which we appreciated. “We had a roof leak on a rental property and Luis from Lion Roofing was thoughtful, knowledgeable and informative about the immediate problem and other potential problems with the roof. I appreciated his honesty in telling me that most of the roof was in decent shape and didn't need to be replaced. Working with Les Cox on how they would execute the job along with a very competitive quote, allowed us to choose the best company for our home's new roof. The work crew cleaned up well every day before leaving. The project went very well, even though the weather added a couple of extra days to the job. When completed, cleanup and inspection was great. The quality control inspector came a day or two later to make sure everything was buttoned up to their top standards.We will certainly use them again.“

They were on time and their site manager was very conscious to make sure all our plants on our deck were protected. From the complete tear off to the final ridge shingle they did everything as promised. They were careful with my property and cleaned up everything upon completion.
