“Well it happened again. I needed a roofer because I’m old and can’t get on my roof. And my man Austin came by a new house I bought and walked the roof. The house had moisture coming in somewhere but no one could find it. It ended up being cracked pipe seals. So when it rains only a little water came in. Just enough to heat and mold. The home inspector didn’t know where it was coming from and we spent $3500.00 to get rid of it. And in 5 minutes Austin showed me what was really going on. “It was a Christmas Miracle. I cant express my gratitude to Lloyd, Randy and the Team! During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. “I first used Gibson's to replace the roof of a friend's house as I was getting it ready to sell for her estate. They came through with a great bid and were very accommodating. They were able to complete it in a tight timeline in order for the sale to go through without any holdups.
I just had them replace my own roof as well. It was over 30 years old and it was time. I received three bids and again they came in as the lowest with all specs being equal. The roof turned out beautifully and they even roofed my backyard shed to match.
I worked with Josh Gibson, the owners son, for both projects. He is very personable and professional. I also referred him to my sister's mother-in-law and she used them too.
