Bliss recently completed replacing my entire roof. The project including all new decking, 30 year shingles, CORRECTLY installed vent pipes, some new joists, new vents and gutters...EVERYTHING! The install crew did a quick and superb job. Everyone I worked with at Bliss and spoke to, by phone or in person, was helpful, service oriented, responded quickly and politely. Thank you Cesar, Zachary, Vivianna and Tasani!
They showed up and got right to work. They were very professional. The people I worked with was Jerome, Caesar, and Grant. I don't recall the name of the laborers, because I never asked they were too busy doing work. As far as I know, they used every safety precaution. To make sure that nobody got hurt, they used high quality products that we picked out and their workmanship was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs a roof. They also installed a solar tube in our hallway that lit up our hallway during the day because we have one small step there, and it is fantastic. If you need a roof these are the gentlemen that you want to call.
I couldn’t be happier with the work this roofing company did. From the start, Whitney Jones did an excellent job estimating and going over everything that she found on the inspection. Preston Streight was extremely helpful and saw the job all the way through to the end. We talked everyday and he made sure I was always updated. He is an exceptional project manager. The crew was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job, paid attention to the details, and made sure everything was done right. It really showed that they took pride in their work. It’s refreshing to work with a company that delivers on its promises. I highly recommend them… read full review
