Their communication was excellent and we are so incredibly happy with the finished product. They were also very detailed oriented, which included things like matching the original trim in the kitchen to the rest of the house - without us having to ask. They did an excellent job at creating a stunning kitchen while also keeping original elements of the old house charm. Their customer service was very personable which we appreciated. “Stevens Pressure Washing (Josh Stevens) was recommended to us by the company that install both of our roofs over the last 35 years. Josh provided a competitive bid after visiting our home which included some minor repair and additional cleaning. They were on time and their site manager was very conscious to make sure all our plants on our deck were protected. They cleaned up all trash frrom the gutter and roof cleaning then washed all the windows, gutter faces and house walls to leave clean. We fully recommend Josh and his team at any time.“

“Had some roofing blow off during the ice storm this year (2024). Didn't know about it until the water was coming into the guest bathroom. After looking around I decided to give Gibson a call. Had the roof fixed in only a couple hours. “Mike has taken care of all my roofing needs for over 15 years. We have a concrete tile roof which started to leak after 5-8 years and Mike was recommended to me by a trusted Contractor friend of mine. “These guys were fantastic, from the Steven the Estimator to Alex and the work crews! I felt the quote was fair and the materials used were of excellent quality. From the complete tear off to the final ridge shingle they did everything as promised. They were careful with my property and cleaned up everything upon completion. I had watched 3 neighbors who used 3 different contractors this summer and they all took longer to do similar sized homes - much longer in two instances. Two of the three had eliminated themselves from consideration because of their seemingly unprofessional employees. The third, never bothered to follow-up with me on a final quote. “The first man that gave us an estimate (West Coast Roofers) said that both roofing material and the plywood under the flat roof that overhangs our deck needed replacement because of rotting of the plywood. He also said that our main roof would need to be redone soon. And he would do it right the first time. This was a surprise because our current roof is certified as a 30-years roof and is only 15 years old now. Victor Bailey (Bailey &Sons Roofing) checked everything carefully and was amazed the house roof was 15 years old it was in such excellent shape, and all we needed now was the flashing installed on the lower edge of the flat overhang over the deck. West Coast Roofers' estimate was $3500, and Bailey and Sons Roofing was $295. We were very happy with Bailey's expertise and explanation of what was needed and the carefulness he took in doing the job. What a savings for us. We will certainly recommend him to others, and when we need a new roof we will contact Bailey & Sons Roofing.“
