“Really glad we found M&M Roofing. We had various leaking issues with our tile roof over the years, and Mike was the only one that had the knowledge, experience, and skills to properly address the problems. But most importantly, I found him to be trustworthy.

He took the time to address my concerns and explained the technical details of the current problems with our roof. Our roof has not been properly taken care of for the last 25 years, mostly because we hired people that were likely not truly experienced with tile roofs. What needed to be done was a big project, and Mike gave a good price.

He communicates clearly, arrives on time, works fast, and is very detail oriented. He also troubleshooted unexpected findings and did some extra work at no cost. Everything was documented through pictures.

The week after the project was completed, it rained a good amount, and we could see that our roof was fixed and working properly again, this time permanently.

“I got 6 estimates from different companies in the Vancouver area for our roof replacement. I've always wanted a metal roof, and
of the 6 companies from whom I received estimates, Gregg was the most competitive. I got the impression from the other companies that they didn't really want to install a metal roof (it seemed that that they were not experienced enough to do metal). Gregg provided an extremely detailed & comprehensive estimate that addressed ALL of my concerns in detail. We needed a complete tear off of 2 layers of existing roofing, plus some minor repairs to certain areas of our siding, in addition to replacing our (2) skylights.
Once the job was scheduled, the crew came on time and worked efficiently until it was completed. Since it was metal, it took 2 weeks to complete the job (there's a LOT more work involved in installing a metal roof as opposed to asphalt shingles).
Though they did some additional (structural) work that was needed (in addition to the original estimate) their final price for the work was almost exactly what they initially quoted.
I absolutely LOVE how the metal roof looks, and no one in my neighborhood has anything like it. It's great to know that the metal will last MUCH longer than a shingle roof, so I consider it to have been an excellent investment!“

“Mark and his crew did a wonderful job on my roof and gutters. It is a large roof with 15 valleys full of cedar and pine needles and leaves. The roof was also covered in thick moss it many parts. They got all that cleaned off as well as the gutters cleaned out and left no mess below! Also repaired a sagging gutter and re-attached two roof soffit boards. They were on time and on schedule. I highly recommend them.“

“Well it happened again. I needed a roofer because I’m old and can’t get on my roof. And my man Austin came by a new house I bought and walked the roof. The house had moisture coming in somewhere but no one could find it. It ended up being cracked pipe seals. So when it rains only a little water came in. Just enough to heat and mold. The home inspector didn’t know where it was coming from and we spent $3500.00 to get rid of it. And in 5 minutes Austin showed me what was really going on.
