“It was a Christmas Miracle. I cant express my gratitude to Lloyd, Randy and the Team! During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. I could have & considered getting multiple bids & pouring over the details to save a dime here or there, but in the end... “Well it happened again. I needed a roofer because I’m old and can’t get on my roof. And my man Austin came by a new house I bought and walked the roof. The house had moisture coming in somewhere but no one could find it. It ended up being cracked pipe seals. So when it rains only a little water came in. Just enough to heat and mold. “Mark and his crew did a wonderful job on my roof and gutters. It is a large roof with 15 valleys full of cedar and pine needles and leaves. The roof was also covered in thick moss it many parts. They got all that cleaned off as well as the gutters cleaned out and left no mess below! Also repaired a sagging gutter and re-attached two roof soffit boards. They were on time and on schedule. “Wow what a time we had. Let me start with Brian, poor guy, This had to be his longest estimate in his career, Unfortunately for Brian I am that pain in the you know what guy. We discussed underlayment's and how they are applied, we discussed all roofing options, fascia board repair, and eave repair. Brians Knowledge is what I needed to help make my decision for what would be the best fit for my 1920s home.
The tear down was done cleanly and efficiently, By efficiently, I mean there was a chance of rain. The team made sure we where always dried in. No leeks during the project. Cleanup every night, and of course more questions from you know who.
(The Crew) Shawn has put together is quite the crew, Again everybody friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain why, what, where and how, to you know who.

I believe the first few days were smoking hot, attitudes where high, everybody working together like a well oiled machine and get this they were having fun, The comradery between the team was great, hell I wanted to join the fun.
Point being, If you're having fun and enjoy the work you do the outcome is Quality. Oh by the way the rain came down Hard they stayed up on that roof and made sure we would be good and dry for the night. They were all sopping wet and still good attitudes, joking around no big deal.
I have worked with many contractors in my time but have not had the experience I have had with French Roofing. Lets just say, French Roofing will be handling all my roof projects and will be the only recommendation I will be giving out.
