I am so glad that we used this company to replace all of our windows and a front door (with sidelight). Julia was wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process from bid to project completion. Their bid was reasonable and they did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't truly need. The installation was really smooth with Mike and his team of installers (who have worked together for a long time). They obviously care about their work, were very efficient and clean, and communicated with us very well. I called Advanced Energy Services(AES) today to inquire about replacing a window. It seems the internal parts that assist in raising and lowering the window had broken. Julia gave me some valuable, honest information. I filed a claim with the manufacture. She didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. AES will be the first company I call whenever window issues arise. Thank you!
