I've used Anderson Door and Window Mechanics for two different window and door jobs at my house now. Their level of expertise and professionalism is amazing. Every person I interacted with from start to finish is always so wonderful. And the technicians that came out to do the work are great, courteous, clean, and man do they do great work. The quality and attention to detail is exceptional. In addition the company's communication is on point, and they actually call you back and show up when they say they will. Which is more than I can say for so many other contractors I've had to work with.
I haven't had a chance to use this company yet, however, I will definitely be using them when I need repairs done because of their honesty and helpfulness. I reached out to them in December regarding some water coming in on the slider track for some of my windows. Google seemed to imply this could be normal, however, I wasn't sure. I reached out to a number of companies - most either wouldn't get back to me or told me I needed to replace my windows immediately.

What a great team of people to work with! Courteous, thoughtful, caring, organized, prompt, clean, professional, with excellent quality replacment glass used in my sliding door. I cant wait to have them back in the future for my foggy front window panes.
