Lada Enterprises is excellent. I first met Ivan, Fred and the team years ago when a section of siding and window flashing on my old craftsman home needed repair due to improper installation during a remodel by a previous owner. I am hard to please, and was upset and frustrated by the issues with my home. Their knowledge and attention to detail both technical and aesthetic was exceptional. Their communication and professionalism top notch. Since then they have done roofing, siding, gutters, and extensive structural rebuilding on two garages for me, as well as a whole house roof, siding, and gutters on another project. Ivan, as the owner of LADA Exteriors, was hired for our windows trim and some loose/damaged siding replacements. Decision was based on the first impression, professional knowledge and detailed step by step estimate. These folks went above and beyond (literally) to take care of our house repairs and included some extra work they noticed, explaining the process completely, before they performed the work. They worked efficiently in a timely manner and cleaned up everything, once the project was complete. I highly recommend this company for any and all house exterior work! I had an unexpected siding issue, they came out and gave a competitive bid and I'm glad I went with them. LADA did good work and were responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend.
