LADA came to our rescue when we had water damage from bad T-111 siding. Within 2 weeks, we had beautiful new Hardie Plank siding, repaired framing (it had rot), 3 new windows (replacing previous hacked installation). They did an excellent job, always prompt, always explaining and showing in detail what was happening. The price was very reasonable.They also did great work inside, patching the drywall at the new windows.A couple weeks later when the weather permitted, they painted the house exterior. In addition, the crew is well-directed, prompt, efficient, courteous, considerate, even joyful when working. They will treat your home as if it is their own. They will present a complete explanation of the construction issues and clear options for correcting them. We only wish we had known about Lada before we hired numerous others (who failed miserably) to fix our problems. I had Lada replace some sections of worn cedar lap siding on the south-facing side of my 1922 house, as well as install some new flashing at the roof line/window/etc. I got several bids for the project, and although they're not cheap, Lada seemed most equipped to do the job thoroughly. The end result looks great and I was particularly happy with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. On top of that, the crew was friendly and overall Lada seemed more organized and communicative than other home repair businesses/contractors I've worked with. Front to back, done in three days (including painting), stress free.
