“We had a serious problem with a leaking water heater the day before New Years Eve. I called every plumber I knew, they were all closed or swamped, so I took a chance and called On-It plumbing, and yes, they could come the next day. Super good luck for me. The nicest most knowledgeable young man, Lance, showed up as promised and went to work. He was amazing, truly, and it was a big nasty job as the old heater was full of rust, and he also had to make a trip to get us a new heater, and also we live on the 3rd floor. Somehow, he was able to do all that needed to be done and to do it with such a wonderful attitude and a big smile and get us out the door for a 6 O’clock dinner reservation. The best of all world help, we now have a new plumber and I am recommending him to everyone. Thank you, Lance, and On-It Plumbing.“

“This comment is coming a little late but I have been incredibly sick due to toxic mold. I worked with Rusty and the woman in billing. They were the most kind hearted people while dealing with such a traumatic situation. Customer service was above and beyond. My blood has been tested since then and I have all types of mold in my system. It’s been an uphill struggle but I am out of that toxic environment thank the Lord.

“Incredibly professional service, quick response, and reasonable prices. Called Andrew who came out within a couple of hours for an issue with our toilet backing up into the bathtub when I couldn’t reach anyone else on a Friday. So glad I got them. He couldn’t reach the clog the first time after repeat attempts, but still didn’t charge. He came back the next morning with a connection who had a longer snake, and they ended up having to do a dig out, then installed a new clean out in the process. They were quick, it was done well, and the price was hundreds less than what I was quoted with other places. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys so much for a great job, and no more funky mess in the shower. God bless plumbers. ?“
