I called every plumber I knew, they were all closed or swamped, so I took a chance and called On-It plumbing, and yes, they could come the next day. Super good luck for me. The nicest most knowledgeable young man, Lance, showed up as promised and went to work. He was amazing, truly, and it was a big nasty job as the old heater was full of rust, and he also had to make a trip to get us a new heater, and also we live on the 3rd floor. Somehow, he was able to do all that needed to be done and to do it with such a wonderful attitude and a big smile and get us out the door for a 6 O’clock dinner reservation. The best of all world help, we now have a new plumber and I am recommending him to everyone. Thank you, Lance, and On-It Plumbing.“

“Very easy to work with and did a good job of cleaning the mess up under the house from water entering under the house and sump pump failure. They had to remove all the old heating duct work, insulation, vapor barrier, and repaired one sump pump. The replaced all the insulation, vapor barrier, and fixed the drainage so it drained to the sump pumps. I would highly recommended them“
