My family and I have had a wonderful experience with Joe Zampko of Adair Homes. Sincere and professional communication from the start. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner and any hiccups were fixed satisfactorily. Adair homes has really been the best decision I have ever made. My family and guests are impressed with the grandeur of my new home and the craftsmanship. We had security knowing we chose to have Joe represent us during this build and would recommend him to any one looking for an highly knowledgeable representative. We could not be more pleased with our overall experience.

Joe Zampko has been working with us on our build on our own lot process. He helped with the house design we wanted, advised us on the construction loan process, helped us pick Finishes, and helped identify contractors among other things. He has been the one person we count on whenever an issue comes up. It's a pleasure to work with him.Services: Design
