Listen to the patients suggestions and come up with a solution for the symptoms. I already know everything you tried to educate on. But again you did not listen and did not work toward resolving the symptoms instead told us what we already knew. Rude, cold, snappy, not friendly. Even my 14 year old was not impressed. Will never see her again.“
